Here at this link listen to the audio in groups of five. Write the names of the members of the group. Choose one person th write the answers given by all the other members of the group.
Then, answer these questions and write a small summary of what you understood from the podcast.

• “Balls is in your court”, is when people say that the decision depends on them, and they will have good or bad consequences.
• “Curiosity killed the cat”, we use it for warming people and when people ask prying questions
• “It takes two to tango” means that usually two people are needed for achieve something
• “To miss the boat” is for saying that somebody missed the opportunity of something
• “Don´t judge a book by its cover” says that you don’t have to judge somebody for his/her physic
• “Don´t put all your eggs in one basket” means that you don´t have to be careful and not play all your carts in one time, you need to be patient.
2. Curious is wanting to know things you don’t know. Curious people could be very interesting because they want to know more about the world, is usually a good thing
3. Inquisitive is tending to ask questions : having a desire to know or learn more. The verb inquire means to ask one or more questions
4. Prying is to try to find out about other people's private lives a form of curiosity, but not in a good way, like “be prying in another people business”. Is when people want to know about things that do not concern them. And often prying is an effort to find out secrets by looking for them in improper ways. Is also an effort of find out secrets by looking for them in improper ways. Sometimes when we pry we are simply concerned about someone. But it can still start trouble, so, we have to be careful.
5. When people ask a lot of questions trying to find out something, they are being nosy.
6. The whole idioms goes like "Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back." That last part changes the meaning, because the cat gets to live. Curiosity does not kill it. So, we use the first half of the saying as a warning.
