English VI BA.
Lab 3
1.       How many students around the world suffer bullying?
2.       Is there a difference in gender when talking about the issue presented in the podcast?
3.       Does bullying in the work place have similar implications like those mentioned in the audio? In what way may there be similarities and difference?
4.       What ethical issues are to consider in a working environment?
5.       Give your personal opinion about this topic. Please consider aspects such as types of bullying, reasons, consequences and possible solutions to this problem.

    1.About 150 million students from around the world suffer bullying.
    2. There is a difference in the way that they are bullied, studies have shown that boys are generally more likely to experience bullying that includes physical violence or threats. Girls are more likely to be victims of “psychological or relational” forms of bullying.
    3. The implications are different because the environment, the difference is that on the work place the corporal punishment is not common but in both environment’s ethnic minorities, children with disabilities and members of the LGBT community are victims of bullying.

    5.Our personal opinion about this topic is that nowadays bullying is more expressed by cyber bullying but also physical and psychological bullying is in our actual society, we think that the main reason of bullying is intolerance of people to others. Some of the consequences are insecurity, emotional imbalance and physical implications. We think that to solve this problem is important to improve children education in the respect point of view.
    Part 2
    Nicole: I think that is very important for learners to learn essential production and manufacturing vocabulary because teachers are often not equipped with the exact English terminology required in particular trade sectors.
    Andrea: I think this is a very useful tool and it could be implemented in other educational areas because in some cases Teacher do not know how to improve students vocabulary so with this tool students can practice and improve their vocabulary about this academic area.
