3. Bullying in the work place has some similarities with the one mentioned in the podcast. In work places some bosses bully their coworkers with psychological and cyber bullying as well.
4. In a working environment some ethical issues that have to be considered are the ones related to human rights and self-esteem of all the employees. Is important to take in count other people’s feelings before talking with them.
5. There is a lot of problems and consequences related to the people that does and receive bullying in our society. In some cases the people that make it are not considering that it’s a bad behavior and see it as a common thing. In recent years cyberbullying has become one of the most usual ways to bully other ones. It’s easy to say bad things to others when you are behind a computer so people this days tend to do it as a hobby sometimes. It’s a serious situation to deal with. Both cases of the scenario have to be analyzed in order to get to some solutions in the near future.

Opinion of both about the article
Before taking English courses, it’s important to take in count that there are specific areas that have their own vocabulary. We consider that it’s crucial to take in count this vocabulary and learn it at the same time since the beginning. The person learning English has to know that not all the vocabulary is going to be delivered by the teacher, mainly if their area of work is a very specific one. When you study English you have to be proactive and search this kind of words on your own to be at the level that is required in your market area.
