Part I:
ResponderEliminar1. There are about 150 million students that suffer bullyin al around the world from aged 13 to 15.
2. Yes, there is a difference. The report said that boys are generally more likely to experience bullying that includes physical violence or threats. Girls are more likely to be victims of “psychological or relational” forms of bullying.
Some solutions for this is to create dialogue, educate the community and schools.
3. The bullying is bullying anywhere. If there is bullying in a college or in a work place, there will be many consequences. It´s important to understand the impact that the bullying cause in people. There is no difference between a teenager or an adult that receives bullying. Maybe, they would not deal in the same way with the affectation of the bullying because a teenager may have their parents or someome to help them. In the other hand, a person in a workplace could be lonely and not having anyone to discuss about this. So, there will be a physical affectation but the difference is the way in how the people deal with it. In the same way, if we talk about other implications that may be harder it could be other opinion.
4. Some issues to consider is that managers have to e aganist of bullying and take actions if some employyee suffers this. By the way, the organization should have in there culture organization something related to respect each other, so the working enviorment will be positve and the employee will have positive results and productive.
5. Nowadays,the bullying had increased on schools and highschools. It is something painful for every person who suffers this daily. The person who do this to other is because they are they are jealous and envious of others. They may be jealous of your relationships with others, for being popular, your ability to make friends. SOme consequences are stress and anxiety that can caused by bullying and harassment can make it more difficult for kids to learn. It can cause difficulty in concentration and decrease their ability to focus, which affects their ability to remember things they have learned and can even lead to consideration of suicide or violent behaviour. Some solutions to this is to recognize it, create dialogue and educate the kids.
PART II
To have the opportunity of increasing the knowledge in some field it´s necessary to know and understand the vocabulary that we must use. In this case, the article gives us lots of terms to use if we are in the production and manufacturing area. We think that this article and the blog per se is a very useful tool to keep us studying vocabulary that we may need in our work. Also, we discuss and see this blog as an innovative option to learn more about English. We liked a lot!
