They focus on a culture of fun and collaboration. LEGO believes in their people and in their innovation to achieve the company´s objectives.

LEGO generates a positive impact on the representation of culture and art for society, because people see all the scultures that they do and they also can inspired many people to create art.

  9. Hello people,

As I told you before, I choose Johnson & Johnson. I read about it and this company supports some institutions like theaters and cultural centers in New Brunswick. Also, J&J is part of the committee which created the National Initiative for Arts and Health in the Military. Another action that the company to support art is being part of institutions for veterans' health.
It's important to know that the employees of J&J are involved in this support to art being engaged with the program Corporate Art Program.
Besides the company is supporting art, the bennefits that it has is to be part of the Best Ten Business Supporting Arts in America. Also, I think that other benefits are to be recognized as a company which is engaged with the art of their country. As well as, to be recognized for art lovers as a place where they would like to work.
In my opinion, as J&J does it's important for an organization to support art because it is not only profits and operations. It's important to support other issues and topics that involve people outside of the company.

  11. Dunlap Codding P.C. is an Oklahoma City-based law firm serving regional, national and international clients. Established in 1957 as Oklahoma’s original intellectual property firm. They help clients to identify and protect their intellectual property, they help their clients brand and protect their reputations--online and in the "real world"--through the use of trademark, copyright and right of publicity activities.
Since 2013 they has hosted and facilitated more than 150 arts programs and has donated $100,000 to arts organizations, this firm sponsors film festivals and concerts. Also they built a large outdoor gathering place that is available for arts groups free of charge.
The company likes that the employees get involved with art so they are regularly provided tickets to community arts events and access to master painting, weaving, and pottery classes are even available for employees during the work day.
Hosting and sponsoring art could have benefits for the company, for example: free advertising, motivated employees, good reputation.
I think that is very important for companies to support art because when people see a company supporting cultural events of public interest, they are going to have a good image of the company and this mean good reputation for the company.

  16. Procter & Gamble Co. (P&G) is an American multi-national consumer goods corporation headquartered in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, founded in 1837 by British American William Procter and Irish American James Gamble.

P&G has commissioned major pieces of public artwork, invested a quarter-million dollars annually into arts programs, and, in the last ten years alone, donated $20.9 million to ArtsWave, the Cincinnati region’s local arts agency.

P&G executives serve on a variety of arts organizations’ boards. CincySings, an annual fundraiser started by P&G and ArtsWave, engages thousands of employees from P&G and other businesses to express their creativity and talent.

I think arts is important because it express the culture of societies. Throug arts people could know more about their roots and if people know more about their history they will love where they lives. Nowadays is important to have people who loves their countries because in that way they will care more of it.

For companies is important to invest on arts becuase in that way they will give to society an oportunity to grows and get together. By investing on artes companies also will have employees and costumers proud of them. It will increase sales.
