yes, it's the least the company should do !! I had to resign a year ago. I started three months ago with a business, and I make sure that my employees meet safety standards my company.
all my employees in the field, wearing helmets, boots, safety glasses, also know what to do in case of an emergency, all my employees received training before starting work.
It have changed a lot. When i was in the school i had more free time. In the weekends i went to swimming lessons and then i slept the rest of the day. Then my sister and i watched TV until we need to do our homework. And now both of us always have to do homework and i can’t go to swim anymore. I practice Tae kwon do, and i don’t say that it isn’t cool, it is one of the best things that happen in my live but sometimes i miss swimming.
Almost the same to me. When I was a child I never do sports. But instead of that, I spend the whole day with my mom and playing. The homeworks at school take like 30 minutes, now it’s different. You can spend a whole week doing the same homework and it’s never enough for the professor, it’s kinda sad.
And what about the childhood friends? I don’t have a lot in the school but in the high school we was like ten, we go out like all the weeks and now we almost can go out one time per semester.
In my case when I was a child I also spent a lot of time playing outside with my neighbors or my brother and homeworks were easy, then in highschool I used to hang out with my friends and the exams and that stuff didn’t need so much time and gave good results. Now, things have changed, we grew up, and that is nice but also a stressful because things get more difficult. Don’t you think?
Yes, All began when our parents told us that Santa Claus didn’t exist. I took me like six months to accept the truth, and the the Christmas was never the same that before.
I discovered myself that my parents put the presents under the tree, it was disappointing. I loved Christmas when I was child, it meant to me gifts, long visits to my grandparents, vacations, everything was like happiness.
All smelled like happiness, apples and cinnamon... December was my favorite month: no school, all the decorations and presents, all the free time to spend with my sister, my cousins, my family and my friends, What did you do in Christmas when you were little?

Don’t worry It always happens… When I was in high school I was really good in mathematics and a teacher told me that I could get a scholarship for studying abroad the country. In that moment I was really shy and I felt afraid about going out side the country alone. Now if I could have the opportunity I would do it for sure. This is what I regret.
Last week I was really busy and I had to print a project. I didn’t eat for a day and my mom was really worried, so she came to the place where I was with food for me and I told her “ NO I don’t need it now!” in a bad way because I felt frustrated. Every thing with my project was good but now I can’t stop thinking about how bad could my mom felt.
