  3. I think that corporate ethics is one of the most valuable things in a company. Also, the responsibility. What responsibility? With whom? Well, if we talk about ethics and responsibilities in the same context, the responsability will be with everyone that is being affected by the operation of the company. I mean, everyone who receive something or are affected directly or not due to the company's operations should be treated with responsibility and ethics. For me, the focus of the ethics of the company should the consumer. Why? Because remember there is a difference between customer and consumer. The customer is who buy what you are selling. The consumer is who use or consume your product or service. In that way, I think the ethics and responsability should be guided by provide something good, valuable or without negative consequences to the consumer. Obviously, here we can include topics related to the quality that the company is saying that is selling. The organization must be transparent and tell the truth always. What do you think? Is that something that always occur?

  5. Good values such as responsability and ethics on a comporate culture should be focussed to give the clients a better experience when consuming their products and services. When the client recieves a good service from a company, he stablishes a close relationship in which he will always prefer that company's brand or service. The companies must be willing to attend the clients' needs with integrity to create a good relationship. Otherwise, they would loose those clients. Also, when focusing those ethical issues to the client experience, the rest of the company adapts their culture in the same way.

  6. I’m agree with Marco because is very important for companies to create a good relationship with their customers and probably if the company doesn’t have ethics and responsibility they will prefer to buy or go to another company.
    Also, I think that is very important for companies to have a strong corporate ethics and responsibility in order to have a good image in general because also the suppliers and the shareholders are involve with the company and also they want to have a good relationship with the company. When a company is not ethical, many others companies prefer to not have any relationship with it, that’s why ethics is a very important tool for companies to create good relationships inside and outside the company in order to have success.

  7. I agree with Nicole, ethics are very important to get the image of the company in a good position from the point of view of their providers, customers, government and society. This is something they have to protect to benefits their relations which are going to establish the success of the business.

    Considering the point of Adriana, Marco and Nicole about responsibility, good relationships and image, I think ethics establish the moral values to guide the company behavior. So, talking about this ethic behavior the company can include some actions to benefit the society and their workers for example: working without fatal accidents, help local communities, eliminating occupational diseases and diversifying the work place.

  8. I agree with Andrea, the ethics are very important in the mission and vision of the company and it helps to accomplish the goals of our. Also the actions that she mentioned are very important and necessary to have a competitive advantage in our work relations.

    Other benefits that ethics bring us are, wellbeing both on a personal and business level, freedom or self-determination, justice, human dignity, harm reduction, solidarity, equality and cooperation.

    It is important to know that ethics behavior can help the workers of a company because in this way they can do things correctly to feel good, responsable, honest, equity and respected.

    It is important to apply ethics in all areas or departments of the company, human resources, finance, accounting, marketing and production, there must be a balance between all areas to work in the best way, always seeking the welfare of all. Attending their clients in the best possible way, by satisfying their needs and desires.

    1. I think that the most important part of ethics is the behavior of workers.Behavior is the result of its ethical principles.
      However, this causes the whole organization to benefit, given that each action is governed by these principles.I also agree with Andrea that ethics should cover all business departments. If it dont install all departaments, the benefit wont get a high impact.
      Also the ethics needs categories that include the areas of the business as well as their employees.That will make a high range of the benefit and a big reaction.

  9. I agree with Marco, because i believe that the relationship between the client and the company should be a priority. The client's should feel that they can trust the company with their neeed's and that the company will always treat them in a proper way. And the only way for the company to acomplish that is by having good ethics.
    Also, the company should have an ethic relationship with their employees. They are the ones that make the company operate, so they should be treated properly. They also should be informed abouth the things that are going on in the company and the need to be sure that they will have a good future working for them.

Also the management of the company should has a philosophy based on ethical practices and behavior, leaders within an organization can direct employees by example and guide them in making decisions that are not only beneficial to them as individuals, but also to the organization as a whole. Building on a foundation of ethical behavior helps create long-lasting positive effects for a company, including the ability to attract and retain highly talented individuals, and building and maintaining a positive reputation within the community

Also the leaders of the organization have to use lots of time and energy in creating an ethical environment beacause theses is a change in the culture of the people that works in there and thats not an easy job because.is something that has been cosntructed over the years in each individual, there has to be of patience and effort from.the leaders in order to achieve their major gold, that is Essentially creating a better work environment.

  12. Companies must worry about ensuring a good product to their customers, doing it responsibly, as well as being interested in what consequences their product or institution cause.
    A company that meets all standards ensures that everything is working well not only with their customers but with their employees and see how to affect as little as possible to the stakeholders that refers to all those people or organizations affected by the activities and the decisions of a company. These groups are an essential element that must be taken into account in strategic business planning.
